Covenant Co. accepts returns on physical products, including the Covenant Wedding Planner and journals, as long as the return is requested within 14 days of delivery and the book remains completely shrink-wrapped. I'm not able to resell open planners or journals due to quality control.

Any accepted returns will be refunded minus return shipping fees.

Currently, I do not take returns on hand-made items, such as rosaries, chotki, sacrifice beads, or prayer pouches.

Congratulations! While the Covenant Wedding Planner was designed to be used as soon as wedding planning starts, I think the planner would still help you with just a few months left! There are tons of prayers and reflections that would be valuable even if you’re getting married soon. Not to mention it’s always good to do a double-check with the checklists!

I ship everything through USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders are picked up by USPS the following business day. USPS claims that Ground Advantage is 3-5 business days, but with delays shipping can take longer.

Once in a while, I end up with planners that have the original shrink wrap removed. These have been fully checked to make sure they’re still in brand new condition, but because they are not eligible for return (returns must be in original shrink wrap), they are sold at a discount. A minor difference that means savings for you!

Note that if these are available, they will be listed as a purchase option on the Covenant Wedding Planner product page. If they are not listed, they are not in stock.

Due to copyright restrictions, the Covenant Wedding Planner is only able to be shipped within the USA. I can ship rosaries and other products internationally, but shipping costs and delays will be according to current market rates.
